My husband and I staying at the Barcelona Guesthouse during one of Miami's busiest weeks, WMC. We had an amazing experience! The location is tucked away but not desolate to Miami's charm. Great food and shopping in walking distance. It was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle that we were able to have a relaxing weekend away.... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here over the past weekend for the Boat Show. The location of the hotel i believe was the best part, 2 blocks to pretty much everything, art dist., convention center, the beach..we walked up and down collins ave a lot which is 2 blocks east. It is gated and quiet which made me feel safe.... More

My rating is more like 2.5*. I went to Miami in late February, and found you couldn't even sneeze there for under $150 a night at that time. This place was about half that price and so I booked it with a bit of trepidation, knowing how accommodations can be in South Beach even at twice the price, but my... More

The guest house is located just a few minutes walking to the beach, so we had so much ease going to the beach every day we were there. Before we headed for Miami, I thought the place would be noisy because it is at the center of Miami Beach, but I was surprised when we arrived there, because it is... More

The room was ok, it felt pretty rundown and the bathroom in particular seemed dirty and in need of a major remodel. The room smelled like a recent guest had smoked in there, though smoking is not allowed. The location is great and I actually think it's great for the price... but I think next time I'll spend a bit... More

I really wanted to find something in between "average," which this place is not, and "Very Good." If I have one hand on a hot stove, and the other in the freezer, my temperature, on the whole, is "average." The room was large, clean, and basic with extras. Basic meaning some of the cabinetry was unfinished, extras meaning a very... More

The rooms are dirty, we found a cockroach in our room. The plates, the glass...everything was dirty. The air conditioner is very noisy. Location is great, right next to espanola way. But i will never go back to this place!

Barcelona Guest House is in a superb location right in the heart of South Beach, close to Ocean Drive and only 2 blocks or so from Paul patisserie on Lincoln Mall (beats Starbucks!!). It's a nice looking building with a small well kept garden. The Studio was spacious and comfortable, but housekeeping could have been better...it's a bit unnerving when... More

The Barcelona Guest House is in a perfect location in South Beach! Dan, the manager is very polite and nice! The bedroom I stayed was big, there was a mini chicken with oven, refrigerator, etc. The place is good, but not luxury! The bathroom is old, but everything works. There is no Hotel service! Most of the time there's no... More

We were planning to stay in this guesthouse in our stay in Miami. First we made a phone call and we spoke to Daniel. He told us there was place for 7 days and he told us to write to the email address on the website to start the reservation process... We did after we hangup. Then we waited... after... More

Wow, we sure did blow it here. I personally apologize for the poor comunication. An unexpected death in the family and my back up manager being out of town got us way behind on reservations. Definitely not the way we run our business! Pease consider us for your next visit to beautiful south beach and we will roll out the... More
