It is hard to find rooms with 2 double beds in South Beach so this was good value and great location. The room was lovely and modern and the only issue we had was guest noise from above (we were on the first floor) which began at 5am. The price of the trendy wooden floors...Great value, would stay here again.... more

Really nice hotel with all the mod cons in your room. We stayed twice, a 2 night stay then a 1 night stay (after travelling down to Key West). The first night however was not the best. The only real fault about Nassau is the first floor - you can hear everything that is going on. We were in a... more

I booked and paid in advance for a one bedroom one month in advance. I was not only told their was no one bedrooms available when I arrived. I was also told to take or leave it on a studio by a very arrongant manager. Every reasonable price hotel in the area was booked when he tolod me this. These... more

The pictures on the website are absolutely correct. The hotel's outside is Art Deco, the interior are all very nicely appointed suites with modern equipment. Find this at a few hundred meters of the beach (and free towels) and in the middle of the art deco district at 150$/night for a suite, (continental) breakfast included, it's a BARGAIN. Absolutely wonderfull... more

Like other posters have mentioned, the outside of this hotel is a bit "well-loved" looking; the hallways, too, look a bit sketch. But the rooms themselves (or at least the king studio suite, where we stayed) are big, well decorated and appointed, and rather chic. The walk-in closet (big enough to have housed a whole other bed room!) was an... more

As a maid of honor in my best friends wedding, I was in charge of selecting the hotel for her bachelorette party. This hotel served our purposes well. It was inexpensive and it was in a great location in South Beach. It was approx. 2 blocks away from the beach and a short 3 min cab ride to fun night... more

My wife and I stayed here for our first night in Florida after flying in from the UK. This hotel is in a great location in SoBe, just a couple of minutes walk from Ocean Drive and the beach. We paid about GBP75 for a studio suite room through hotels.com. The bedroom area was huge, and there was also a... more

I wanted a large hotel room in South Beach with 2 beds. This discounted most hotels. The room was very large and nicely decorated large flat TV, wood floors, comfy beds, trendy décor, full kitchen with granite countertops, large bathroom with marble floors and walls. Breakfast isn’t anything great but a nice perk to have. Additionally, they have beach chairs... more

While our room wasn't cheap ($200/nt in winter high season), it was worth every penny. The location couldn't be beat (half block from beach, close walk to Lincoln Road and lots of restaurants nearby), the room was spacious and clean, and we saved money by preparing lunches and 2 simple dinners in our suite's kitchen. We've stayed in a number... more

This hotel reminds me of a renovated 1920s apartment building. I am not sure if it was built to be an apartment building or a hotel. I stayed in a studio suite, and I loved it! The hardwood floors were absolutely gorgeous! Overall, the entire suite was decorated in a very modern, sophisticated style like something you would see on... more
