Wow... I was surprised to read the previous review because it was totally opposite of what I experienced. When you make a reservation at a hotel they have a cancellation policy. I'm not sure their regular rates, but I was able to book the Nassau Suite on a getaway rate for $90/night. Simply put, to stay on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach for that price is a steal.
