My boyfriend and I stayed here at the end of a long trip for an overnight layover. We walked up to the front desk and were given a lower than posted on the internet rate and superior service from check in to check out. We had dinner on the 7th floor with top notch service from an A+ server and... More

Second time staying at the MIAH, both times for overnight layovers. So convenient, especially if you're getting in late and leaving early. You walk out the hotel door and you're looking at the ticket counters! Again we found the front-desk people to be friendly and efficient. The elevators, hallways, and rooms were spotless. Yes the rooms are quite small but... More

We stayed at this same hotel June 1, 2008 and it was much easier to locate the lobby this time. The rooms are small but clean. New tile. Big rain type shower head. Lots of pillows on the bed. No issues at check in nor check out. Decent price when you book well in advance. We only had 2 issues.... More

I stayed overnight at the hotel at 1.00am after a two hour delay on an internal flight from Orlando. Miami airport is enormous and not best signed for baggage uplift and there are little if any signs to direct you to the hotel. When I eventually got to the hotel entrance there were around 10 people either sleeping on the... More

my bf and i stayed here during an overnight layover. obviously, it's geared for convenience and nothing else, which is exactly what we needed. i didn't expect anything else other than a clean room to rest my eyes during an 8 hour overnight layover. the room was small - fine. nothing special - fine. cockroaches?!?! - not fine! as we... Even though I was not expecting a 5 star hotel. It was awful. I could not be paid to stay there again. The next time I travel and have to stay overnight, I'll definitely stay at another hotel and get a cab. It was not worth the convenience of having the airport a a couple floors down, believe me. When... More

My husband and I were passing through Florida on my way to my daughter's wedding in Canada. We cannot tolerate the long wait in the lobby for a connecting flight so we always stay at the hotel and fly out early the next morning. Everything went well going to Canada. However, coming back was horrible for us. I had left... More

The convenience of this hotel being in an airpot is great if you have an early flight, but the price for the room is ridiculous!!! $100 a night for a room that smells like a Goodwill or wet carpet is really not worth it. If you've ever been to Japan and have experience the whole hotel feel there then you'll... More

Small and quiet room, perfect for a overnight stay when flying out the following morning, but the bathroom was dirty, still had toilet paper used by somebody else in the toilet; had soap scumb in the shower doors; found the towels on top of the toilet because the towel rack was broken, found ants walking on bedside table and the... Hotel is just outside security and actually CONNECTED TO TERMINAL. The rooms were comfortable and best of all virtually soundproof. There was some sort of double paned glass to cut out most of the jet noise. It was not the cheapest place to stay but very convenient. Breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor next morning was disappointing though.... More
