Hotel is just outside security and actually CONNECTED TO TERMINAL. The rooms were comfortable and best of all virtually soundproof. There was some sort of double paned glass to cut out most of the jet noise. It was not the cheapest place to stay but very convenient. Breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor next morning was disappointing though.... more

We stayed for one night at this hotel because of an overnight layover from Brazil. It could not be more convenient, located right next to the American Airlines check-in desk. It was really great not to have to drive, or even catch a shuttle, to the airport. We got to our room at about 6:00 p.m. and wanted to go... more

I was stranded in Miami because of bad weather in Chicago. Since I wanted to stand by for the first flight in the morning, the airport hotel was a logical choice. The rate was actuallly very reasonable -- $119 ($29 more than the distressed traveler voucher I could've used at the Sofitel. I wanted convenience.). The room was small, but... more

The other reviews are 100% correct, Convenient place to sleep and that was about it. The rooms have flight info on the TV which was handy, double or triple glazed windows so had no airport noise. Furnishings were worn table had a busted leg, room needed a really good clean. Bed was lumpy. Thank god for Jet Lag - didnt... more

Tepid reception upon arrival, hallway from elevator to room dirty, room clean enough but bed ( a queen, pushed to one wall) lumpy and made noise every time I moved . . . even cooler reception when I checked out the next morning - the front desk personnel didn't greet nor did he even make eye contact much less inquire... more

The Miami International Airport Hotel is number one, convenient. If you have a longer layover, definitely shop around as it is overpriced. I was willing to pay the extra money to be able to walk off the plane and be in my hotel room within 5 minutes. (We arrived in Miami at midnight and were flying out very early the... more

We arrived in Miami around 5pm and had an 8am flight the next day, so we couldn't see spending big money on a waterfront hotel and the cab fare both ways. The airport hotel was absolutely perfect for us! Reception was friendly and efficient, and our room was nicely appointed, comfortable and very clean. The hallways are a bit drab,... more

I booked this hotel before reading the reviews.........then panicked. These reviews were awful, but since we had an early morning flight with a toddler, we decided to suck it up, keep our reservation - just for the sheer convenience of being at the airport without having to take a shuttle. I was stunned. The service was impeccable, the room impeccably... more

The hotel was OK for staying one night; the room windows are protected against noise but are not nice, the bathroom was OK but again I did not like the style. Hotel halls seemed to be old or maintenance was needed. I only stayed one night and I think that it was good but it is not an hotel that... more
