we have stayed at the hotel in the airport in the past. The rooms are clean and adequate for a brief stay. On this trip we arrived at the airport at 12:30am and we were very happy that we didn't have to leave the airport. We were disappointed that the hotel restaurant was not open. We the found the cleaning... More

Needed to spend a night as our flight was early in the morning. Only spent about 10 hours there as we flew in from Bolivia that day. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was a shoebox. The wallpaper was peeling, the shade was frayed, the shower floor had major grime and the bedskirt was... More

Stayed there only one night while in transit to Havana. Very clean and comfortable room. Only food I had was lunch at the bar in the lobby and it was very good. Staff were pleasant and very helpful when one of my colleagues needed to find a pharmacy on a semi-emergent basis. Only complaint I had was that the hotel... More

Rate was reasonable for the convenience. Staff was accommodating. "Single twin Room" is very small, but big enough for one person. Great place to stay for an early morning flight, or getting in late. Often sells out, so not much help if you get stuck at the airport. Free breakfast is very good and includes 2 eggs, Bacon or sausage,... More

The room is bigger than your economy class airplane seat, but only marginally so. It is very convenient for an early morning flight, being only steps away from the terminal, but is very old and tired. The TV flickered constantly. The instructions to connect to the WiFi bore no semblance to reality. However, on the good side it was clean,... More

OK - we wanted convenience and that's what we paid for. This is probably one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. The room was so small, no closet just a rack and a tiny bathroom. I will say that it was clean and the shower worked well. The wifi did not work at all. We had previously... More

The best that I can say about this hotel is that it is convenient if you have to catch an early flight. I have seen college dorm rooms that are larger and better appointed. The room was small and dark. The service was terrible. I had to make several face to face requests to get face towels. Surprise, surprise none... More

Yes it is a bit spendy if you are only going to stay for a few hours, but 8 hours in a room with a bed, bath and TV is wonderful compared to staying on the airport floor! Yes, it is not the nicest hotel I have stayed in, but for the convenience, it is well worth it. An additional... More

I was traveling on business. American Airlines Overbooked my flight, so i was able get a hotel voucher out of them for their mistake. I was clear to the agent that i will not be staying in a run down motel in Miami. The agent assured me that it was "a 3 star hotel refurbished" That should have been my... More

The location of this hotel, right in the terminal, is perfect if you arrive late at night, or have an early morning flight. My main problem was the long line to check-in, with initially only 1 staff member on duty. They must know how many bookings they have, and should provide an appropriate number of staff on the front desk.... More
