If you have an overwhelming urge to have yourself, and everything you've brought into a building permeated by a solid wall of acrid smoke while you're surrounded by the decaying flesh that's launching the new supply into the atmosphere, then this is your place. Do not be lulled into thinking that a non-smoking room will afford you any luxury of... more

I have never posted on this site before, but this hotel was so bad, that I just had to share my experience, so others don't make the same mistake. I was flying to Aruba on a family vacation and unfortunately due to cancellations at JFK airport, American Airlines had to send us to Miami for a night where they put... more

We had a flight cancellation and ended up staying here for the night. We took a look at the buffet and decided to try the "upscale" restaurant. The food was simply horrible. It was a like ordering seafood from Long John Silvers. The smoke was unbearable in public areas. Our "non-smoking" room wasn't much better. The beds were reasonably comfortable..... more

Due to a American Airlines mishap, our seats on a flight to Montego Bay were given to other passengers and we were put up here by American Airlines. Unhappy about NOT being in Jamaica as planned, we were unsure what to expect. On arrival, the grounds were amazing. The entire hotel was decorated in Christmas lights and the lobby had... more

This is a nice place with sealed windows. there no mosquitos and i felt very safe. the only thing i wish to comment about is your internet access which costs seven bucks for f15 minutes. All the hotels i stayed in during wilma diaster relief had free internet access. i ithink you need to look into that. It was a... more

Terrible Terrible. My husband, myself and my daughter stayed for the first time on 07/25/2005 in your hotel. We checked in at 11:30 a.m. When we got to our room we were shocked. I stayed in many suites in upscale hotels but was surprised to find the following. The room was very small. The bathroom was disgusting. It had urine... more

I would like to begin by saying we received a very good rate when calling in the day before we were to arrive. Lilliana and Dilieth with reservations are wonderful and very professional. They booked us a room and included breakfast for the three days. The resort itself is nice and so are the amenities. I do have one complaint... more

I DID HAVE A VERY GOOD TIME, ROOMS WERE GOOD, NO PROBLEM WITH THE CIG SMOKE Had a very nice stay and will probably stay again if a couple of safety problems were fixed. 1. I almost slipped in the shower because of the smoothness of the tub bottom, should have some non-slip strips in the tub area. 2. The... more

I have no idea why this place has a bad rap.... I understand the smoke problems I hear all the time!! At other casinos in Atlantic City and Las Vegas, nobody complains! The drinks are free as long as you are playing... If you are a mini, or non gambler, the beers range from $1-2... Everyday from 4-7 P.M., There... more

I have to agree with the other reviwers. Our room was immaculate and very nicely decorated but were confined to it because of the cigarette smoke. If you're accustomed to smoke it wouldn't be a problem at all. more
