This was a surprise when I arrived on business as I thought this would have been just a normal hotel but the rooms were so large that I thought I had been upgraded to a suite or better. After calling the front desk I found that my room, which had a separate bedroom from the front living room, was truly... More

Dont be fooled! When you complain about the noise, they will tell you it is an airport property. I've stayed at airport properties before, but this one is so noisy...there is either no insulation or all the seals on the windows are broken. We can hear every plane that goes by. The other room they showed us faced the highway... More

We stayed at this hotel the night before leaving on a cruise. When we booked for the hotel, we chose the stay one park seven option so we could leave our car. I liked leaving our car here because the lot is secured, We also took the shuttle from the hotel to the port ($10.00 per person). The hotel itself... More

When our Delta flight was cancelled, we found ourselves at the Embassy Suites overnight and what a gem. Fabulous suites around a lovely airy atrium and great service all round. From the managers happy hour and full breakfast included, our extra night proved to be a real find. Would highly recommend.

We flew in from the Caribbean on the 27th of December and checked out on the 30th. I got a good deal on the stay using my Hilton Honors points, and we got a 2 room suite right in front of the elevator on the 8th floor. It took some effort to get a crib but once we got it,... More

Our stay here was pretty much disappointing. The service was not what you expect from this level hotel - they constantly supplied 3 towels for 4 guests, on three nights stay we never got the bath supplies - something was always missing (like they put 2 conditioners and no shampoo, or shampoo and body lotion but no conditioner). By the... More

stayed here before our cruise. not bad, very loud in the pool area as the airport is literally right across the street. large rooms. arrived with about an hour to go before happy hour ended, and went for a drink with my wife but the line at the bar was literally a 15 minute wait....we didn't. large spacious room, nice... Stayed at this hotel like many post-flight and pre-cruise. Among the many problems: 1. Landed at 11pm and went up to wait for the shuttle ... which never came. Most hotel shuttles passed up twice and when I called after waiting 30 minutes I was told it was on its way. It finally arrived nearly 45 minutes later and as... More

If you like free drinks then find an Embassy to stay at while traveling. The nightly managers reception always compensates for the already valuable prices on rooms. The rooms are huge, the interior of the hotel is unique with Koi ponds and birds, and the hotel staff is always very friendly. We've stayed here twice and have had excellent experiences... More

Nothing special. Room was generously sized and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and the kids liked the pool. My brother's room was smoky, dirty and had no towels. A bit on the pricey side for value received.
