We got a 2 bedroom condo for 3 nights back in March. When arriving to the room, it was 2 bedroom as described, plus another small bedroom. Amazing view, kitchen area and washer/dryer. The furniture was a little dated, but the beds were comfortable. Location of the hotel was great for a short cab ride to south beach. Restaurants/shops are... more

I stayed one night, May 6th, while on business. The lobby and restaurant areas are very nice and nicely updated. But, that is where anything good ended for this hotel. The hallway was dimly light and the carpets were stained throughout the entire hallway. The hallway was very warm as well. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.... more

Stayed just one night (pre-cruise) at the hotel, in one of the privately-owned condos. It's a massive building - I couldn't tell you how many rooms there were. But ours was very spacious, decent amenities, huge balcony with a great view, but just a little worn. And dirty. Feet sticking to the floor kind of dirty. As we were there... more

It was a movie shooting which took us to Miami. We were staying at the Doubletree Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay, which is a waterfront luxury full-service condo-hotel in the heart of downtown Miami, Florida. The hotel comes with condominiums each having fully furnished 2-3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. There is a health club and spa too. The kitchenette was... more

Breakfast Maybe just picky, but could and have done better on business and if for pleasure would not consider... Was clean and I did... more

The hotel looks like it needs a complete makeover. The corridors are worn and the hotel has a sad feel about it. Not dirty just worn. Rooms are clean and functional nothing elaborate. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite which had a seperate annex for the Bed. Strangely there was only a wardrobe but nowhere to put socks etc... more

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family for one night. I am a Hilton Gold member, so I have stayed at many Doubletrees and other Hilton family chains, and have always been pleased. This was one of the worst hotel stays. The quality of the hotel itself is nice, but the maintenance is not. During our stay we... more

As a Diamond member: Breakfast was a bagel and coffee (cream cheese was extra) No Upgrade Parking is a silly $40.00 No Laundry Bag Plastic Ashtray in a Grand Hotel Hair in Bathroom (clumps) Stained Ceiling tiles Stained furniture Restaurants are independent of the hotel. My wife and I were in Miami for personal business and booked the Double Tree because it was it great rate on Hilton's website. When we arrived I asked if an upgrade was available, and received a 1 bedroom suite in the residential condo building. Lots of space, great view! The suite was obviously someone's 1 bedroom condo as the... more
