I spent 4 nights here in May with a fitness conference. I got the conference rate and had a very large room with king bed and bay view. I was pleased with my stay but would not have paid the regular rate for the experience or stayed there for a non-conference event. The hotel is immaculately clean and the staff... more

I stayed here 1 night. the hotel was elegantly designed, the rooms were large and nicely decorated, and the bed was really comfortable. (Intercontinental hotels nationwide seem to have upgraded their beds recently.) Free WiFi access. The rate was excellent. On the negative side: the hotel is far from restaurants or any nightlife, and there is nowhere pleasant to walk... more

Room was fine for our needs. Room service way overpriced. $50 for a hamburger and 2 bottles of waters. Seriously??? No way should that have cost $50. more

a very indifferent hotel experience. the waitresses at the bar lounge were fabulous, so go there for drinks, but not for anything else. room carpet was stained and worn, closet safe didn't work, and the concierge never made the reservation i asked him to make for a business dinner! spa ok but hard to negotiate, and the help seemed a... more

I stayed here with my partner last week, and I was consistently disappointed: 1. Room not available on check in at 2pm 2. When room was available, had to chase twice and wait 40 mins to get bags delivered to room 3. Requested more hangers - they didn't arrive. When chased, was told they had been delivered (they hadn't) and... more

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in April, 2009. We came for a conference and had booked a "club room". On arrival we were delighted to be informed that we were being upgraded to an Executive Suite. It was huge, with marble foyer, 2 bathrooms, living and dining suite larger than ours at home, separate... more

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights; my husband's conference held there. The room we booked was supposed to be with harbor view, but the view we got was of another building. The room, however, was large and clean.Check-in was very smooth, but at check-out we found, that we were billed for 2 breakfasts, that we... more

I stayed at the here this January gone and also in January 2008 for work sales meetings. I found the standard of the hotel to be very good both times. In '08 my only criticism would have been the food, which was all catered for by the hotel for the meeting - they rectified this this year, and it was... more

Stayed for a couple of nights for a conference. Hotel is in a good location next to Bayfront park and the Bayside marketplace. Lobby and conference facilities are attractive. Had a king room booked, check-in was relatively efficient. Upon entering my room, found that it was a double-bedded room. No mention of this was made at check-in. No one picked... more

This was my second stay at this hotel, the first being about 10 years ago -- and little has changed. The rooms are quite nice, and the views great if you are on the east side. Unfortunately this trip my room was on the south side directly opposite the condos next door...can you say Rear Window? Front desk staff were... more
