This hotel is right on the metro mover line, making it easy to travel about downtown or connect to the metro rail and tri rail to get to either airport. The pool was nice and the staff was very kind and helpful. The bathrooms could use a remodel, but that isn't that big of deal. Our AAA rate include breakfast... more

I had stayed at this hotel in July of 2007 and I wrote a unfavorable reveiw. My husband and I stayed at the hotel again, and I have to give it praise. The hotel staff was courtious and our room was great. It was quiet and all the construction work in the area was completed. The rooms have a nice... more

I'm a guest of this Hotel since 1994. This stay I' ve been at the 10 th floor as the hotel was full when I check in, so they couldn't give me a higher floor. I stay at a Petite Suite, with views of part of the Bay and city, cause during this years they have built lot of towers... more

When I booked this hotel, I thought the name sounded familiar, but it wasn't until I arrived that I realized this was the same hotel I had stayed at prior to a cruise in 1984. Even though it had been 25 years between stays, I found the hotel to be more than acceptable. Check-in was very efficient and the staff... more

We booked one using Hotwire, and the low rate is the only reason we're not too upset. Few things that not impressed us in this "4-star" hotel: - dirty pool - fight for few hours at night around our room with one of guests who claimed that things are missing from her safe - air conditioner that sends cold air... more

Stayed one night pre-cruise; booked through Priceline (under $100). Arrived near midnight and was told there were no rooms even though we had a pre-paid room (huge PowWow travel show had just begun). Offered us a hospitality room with roll away beds and a refund through Priceline and complimentary breakfast. Because we were travel weary, we agreed to this. Then... more

I stayed at this hotel for one night before our cruise. I booked the room on Hotwire for ~$100 with all the taxes/fees. After booking, I was VERY afraid after reading all the reviews on tripadvisor. When we arrived at the hotel, I actually thought we were in the wrong place, since I expected something dated with poor service. We... more

We stayed at the Hyatt for one night pre-cruise (I don't appreciate the other reviewer referring to cruisers as "white trash" thanks pal) Our flight didn't arrive until 10:30PM, and at check-in they tried to give me a smoking room, which was unacceptable. We ended up with a handicap accessible room on the concierge floor. The only downside was that... more
