We stayed for 3 nights in this Hotel. it is direct in downtown and the Price per night was really good. however it is not at all 5 star Standard. Rooms are really in Need of renovation, they seems to come out of the 1980ties. Pool area is not really nice, quite small and not inviting. Staff in General friendly... More

Just stayed at this property for a long weekend. The only real parking option is $35/day, which is probably pretty normal for a downtown hotel. I would rather pay a nightly resort fee that covers parking and internet access though. The check in process was easy, everyone is super friendly. We were offered an upgrade to a larger room with... My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt for a conference last week (April 2014). The hotel lobby has been remodeled and is very nice and the staff quite helpful. The location is also good - central to lots of amenities and on the river, very pretty. The rest of the experience was lousy. The rooms are no better than... More

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Miami on a business trip and felt the hotel is in need of a major renovation. I usually stay at the Intercontinental which is close by and felt that is a much better option for a similar price. When I arrived to check the process at the front desk was smooth,... More

Stayed here several times for business. It is a good centrally located property with all the amenities. Rooms are very comfortable and the bar downstairs is a popular place for many to meet up and enjoy a drink and light meal.

The Hyatt staff is simply exceptional. Every single staff member I interacted with--from the front desk clerk to the security staff--went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable and personal as possible. There were numerous occasions in which someone did something unexpected to delight me. This included personally searching the lost and found, remembering who I was and... More

This is a somewhat classy and costly hotel so I assumed first class service. The room is very nice and comfortable but the tub didn't drain. After spending so much time in the heat, I would have liked a nice shower without bathing in filth. Around 5pm someone tried to enter our room, I have to assume housekeeping but it's... More

It's not that there was anything particularly appalling about this hotel, but it just didn't feel like a 4-star hotel in any way. Rooms, fitness center, restaurant, room service all pretty lackluster. No shower cap or any toiletries except for the basics (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap); wifi was spotty (I had to take my laptop into the bathroom to get... More

Slightly concerned about this hotel before we arrived, based on the reviews on here, but really, what are you complaining about?! In fairness, we stayed here during Ultra Music Festival (about 15 mins walk from the festy gates but far enough away not to be too bothered by the people & noise), Sony Tennis Championships & Music Week so i...
