First room smelled like raw sewer!! We thought we could take it, so we went to buy some air freshener to take make it smell a little better, but it kept getting worse. We finally called the desk and they said they would send someone up...........no on came so i decided to go myself....the desk was kind enough to give... more

We got to the hotel at just about 8pm and there were 6 people ahead of us at the reception. There were two attendants who took almost an hour before they got to us. By this time we were exhausted and hungry. Got to the room which was not what we booked and paid for in advance through hotels.com, instead... more

First off I read some of the reviews and was ready to cancel but thought I'm going to call and chat with someone. I chatted with Vicki who has worked here for 10 years. We arrived around 6:15 on a Sunday night was promptly greeted by hotel staff - wonderful but not the sharpest pencil around. They even helped us... more

Bad service, Desk chair was broken in the room, room dingy. Photo's look nothing like the property (hire this photographer..he can dress up a pig.) Restaurant and lounge advertised open til 11 pm. They forgot to mention this does not apply to all days (go figure.) Hallways are dirty and have no trash cans for people to use. Humidifier in... more

We went on this trip with my husband to do some shopping and spend some time together, and decided to sacrifice on the hotel to have more money to spend on going to nice restaurants and do shopping for our baby. This hotel is really old, we arrived like at 3 am and had no problem at check in, we... more

Stayed there overnight after arriving on a transatlantic flight with my wife and 4 kids. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Miami Intl. Airport, but the rooms were dirty and unaccommodating, windows almost blind of dirt and the hairdryer in the bathroom was ripped out of the wall. We had two connecting rooms overlooking the street and... more

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed because I encountered all of the nightmares that any traveller would want to avoid. My story began from my driving from Key West to Miami at night. I wasn't able to find the hotel although I did a research on its location before I started my trip. The distances between the blocks... more

We stayed at the Comfort Inn overnight on our way to Honduras and again on our return trip home. Right from the start we were impressed...the shuttle was quick to pick us up in the craziness of the Miami Airport, check in was quick and smooth, hotel was clean, room quiet and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly.... more

We misconnected at Miami airport returning from vacation and were put up overnight here by the airline. Our first room was terrible, drop ceiling tiles broken and falling, dirty bathroom, torn carpet, and it smelled like there had just been 20 people in it chain smoking. We asked the front desk to change rooms and they did accommodate us. On... more
