My credit card was charged even when my stay had been prepaid by my company. When I checked out, I made sure they did not charge my credit card, they told me everything was fine, but once I get home, I checked my statement and the charge was there. more

We booked 7 rooms for an overnight stay. At check-in the staff was helpful. Check-out they became rude and uncooperative. Of course, they already had your credit card on file.
