Please beware of this place. I was going to stay here for a week but found out that this is not a hotel but a regular building and the person who is renting out his individual apartments is not paying his maintanance. I got to the place and had to leave because the association was going to kick me out....

Location: This building is located about 2 blocks from Cocowalk, 1 block from Jaguar Restaurant. Every morning I would walk to Starbucks for breakfast, I would walk to whatever restaurant I wanted to go for lunch and dinner, I would walk to the movies (in cocowalk, 3rd floor), I would walk to the parks, I only used my car once...

Is not a normal hotel is more like an studio.
The good:
Overall the studio is cute and very functional, we booked the one with one bedroom and two bathrooms. The kitchen was fully functional, with dishwasher, utensils, blender, toaster, etc. We also had a washer and a dryer which was very helpful. The studio also has a hardwood floor...
