Very attractive property with surprisingly confusing elevator pattern. Hilton Diamond treatment nothing special here but the hotel aspires to 4 Seasons care -- shoe shines, turn downs with wooden trays, overpriced breakfasts. The lobby of the hotel is on the 25th floor. If your room is on the 9th floor, you still have to go to the 25th floor and transfer to another elevator to get to your room. It seems a waste of time and electricity to me. The pool is nice. But again, imaging your room on the 9th floor.... more

I had a wonderful, relaxing stay - plus it was a great value (valet parking is pretty expensive though). The service was amazing...really genuine. Great view, free coffee station in the morning.
