We arrived at the El Palacio a bit leery because the price was so right. The uneasiness disappeared as soon as we hit the front door. The front desk folks were very friendly the entire stay. The El Palacio hotel was above and beyond my expectations. The staff is very professional and the rooms are in excellent condition; not to mention the fabulous view of Calder Race Course. I would recommend any visitors of the area to stay with this hotel, you won't be dissapointed. more
