There is terrible rewiews about this hotel, but only small minus what we found, was this shuttlebus. Drivers was good and helpfull both ways. We had to wait buss quite long when we came to Miami. When buss came it was full. Thats ok and possible of course. Before next shift, we walked begin of shuttlebuss waitingarea. Now we was... More

We had a problem with the shuttle bus - I had found out about it before we left home, and was told it arrived every hour on the hour. We were outside the airport in the correct place, scanning all the shuttle buses arriving. We were exhausted after our flight and a five-hour time change, it had been a very... More

Even though we arrived early check in is at 3pm but at 3.07pm the room was not available even at 3.20pm room was not ready. When we did check in the lady at front desk refused to give a copy of receipt said I have to get it from Budget Places. Room service would knock on the door around 11.30am... More

Good things first. The Cuban shuttle bus driver was extremely helpful, gave us info about Airport buses etc. Enjoyed talking to him. Room was fine. Pool area was fine with tables in the shade and sunbeds. There is a rather nice locals pub attached. We arrived at 11am and check-in was not until three. However we could see rooms being cleaned... I arrived MIA at 1:15 am and called for pick up. I was told I just missed the shuttle and the next one would be at 2:10 am. Knowing this hotel was just 5 minutes away I flipped out and asked the guy if he would leave his daughter at a mostly deserted airport at 1 am. He told me... More

The renovate room with 2 king beds was huge and clean. The bedding was comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet place. We had to get a second room on the spot and it was 250 our friends paid 150, so we were bummed. We did not use the pool, which seemed a bit dark, with only changing colored... More

Especially avoid at the inflated prices charged when you are desperate at the airport after missing your flight (I was charged $200 for a room that would have been overpriced at $40). You will get a better night's sleep on the chairs at the airport. It was loud, the staff was rude, the shuttle--promised in "two minutes" came in twenty... More

I read some absolutely terrible reviews of Airways Inn & Suites, but I must say, I didn't see any of that. Perhaps it is a matter of renovated rooms v. not renovated, but the room my wife and I had as a jumping off point in a trip ti St. Lucia was just fine. PROS: Room looked and felt brand... More

Very practical with hourly free shuttles to the airport. There's a nice pool and a sports bar so it's actually a good idea to spend your last nite in miami here chillaxing. The rooms were clean and the airplane sounds from the airport are not that high, so you won't have trouble sleeping at all.

Pros: Near to the airport making it easy to find. The room that we stayed in was nice and roomy. It came with microwave and refrigerator. The commute to South beach is a breeze but the return trip is a nightmare (a lot of traffic). Cons: They claim to have Free WiFi (not really). It will take smart phones and... More
