We stayed here for two nights, thank goodness no longer. The floor in the room was dirty, the bathroom was not clean, there was no hot water in spite of my reporting it and someone having been to 'fix' it. The only positive point was that the staff at reception and security were very helpful and friendly. more

What is with all the bad press about this hotel. I travelled from Ireland and was expecting the worst from reading the previous reviews. Talk about over exaggerating, i do agree the rooms need a lick of paint etc, but it was clean and comfortable, i paid for what i got. Reception staff were very helpful and all speak english,... more

Definately not what you expect. Reception / ist was atrocious..she looked like she just got up and acted that way too. Far from all hot spots. From the entrance to the rooms it was just BAD,BAD,BAD!!!!! Looked and smelled like a large cheap motel with definately a no star rating. more

I usually wouldn't take the time to write out a review, but working in the hotel business I feel I have too. So the location is real nice, and I thought this will be a nice place to stay. Miami beach views, and quality, right? Wrong... First off, there are no headboards on the beds. There are however, screws in... more

This hotel was the most disgusting place we have ever stayed at. It was gross !! We booked it based on the internet for our honeymoon and thank god it was only 1 night. We would have moved to a different location but we got in late. The rooms were old and dirty and had a key, an actual key,... more

My family stayed at the Casa Blanca last night. We arrived at 5:00 and went straight out to the beach to enjoy it before dark. The first thing we noticed was 2 cats. They were in the pool area and we could smell them right away. After we went to the beach we came back through the pool area and... more

We were a bit nervous after reading some of the other reviews!! We got there at 2.30pm, after our booking paperwork said we could book in from 12noon but the receptionist said that checking in wasnt until 4pm. After sitting the lobby for a while, they called us over and said that they had given us an upgrade to the... more

On the internet the hotel may look nice, but when you arrive is a different story. The worst continental breakfast I´ve ever seen. Dirty rugs and tubs. Old furniture in the rooms. The lobby looks as if it was recently restored, it´s the only nice area. Wireless internet only in the lobby. The pool is ok, yet it had a... more
