Room was exactly as shown in pics (oceanview). Make sure you request your promotions when checking in or even prior to check in. I ended up getting ocean view with two full size beds which felt like twin size, because they had not arranged for me to have upgrade. I am a very picky traveler, but was looking for something for a quick trip, on a budget. The hotel exceeded my expectations, the room was modern and clean, is right on the beach, with a large,heated, pool. We stayed here for two nights, thank goodness no longer. The floor in the room was dirty, the bathroom was not clean, there was no hot water in spite of my reporting it and someone having been to 'fix' it. The only positive point was that the staff at reception and security were very helpful and friendly. more

Definately not what you expect. Reception / ist was atrocious..she looked like she just got up and acted that way too. Far from all hot spots. From the entrance to the rooms it was just BAD,BAD,BAD!!!!! Looked and smelled like a large cheap motel with definately a no star rating. more
