We stayed at this hotel over New Year's, when many hotels were booked up and charging the maximum rates. River Park was more affordable, and we also did not expect much staying there. It was about what we expected, and wasn't terrible, but not great either. Wi-fi didn't work at all, no big deal though. The pool area was okay... More

If your looking for a four star hotel at a two star price, this isn't it! It's a 2 star hotel at a 2 star price! This place was fine for us, within a few blocks of Bayview park/mall area and a taxi line up a the hotel right behind this meant no wait for a cab. South Beach was... More

Cons- Smells, coach roaches on furniture, towels smell musky, mildew in shower, very noisy, could here through the walls and carpet, well, keep shoes on. Location not good. But only cost 12$ for cab to port of Miami. Pros- Desk and workers were very nice.

The room was on the 3rd floor, our view was a roof with no view, there was no coffe making, neither a table/desk to sit with, no hairdryer, only a bed and a chair and a tv. Will not recomend this hotel. The pool is very small, not like the one on the homepage

Stayed here night before a cruise. Do not be fooled by photos. Room phone did not work. One wash towel for two people. Baby cockroach joined me on the dresser while preparing makeup. Horrible smell in corridor. Easy check in and checkout was the highlight. Don't venture out after 6pm except by taxi. Will never stay here again even though... More

This hotel was the cheapest in miami, more or less. Quite clean rooms and extremely friendly front desk employees. Free breakfast and right next to the metromover free train. One must realize that the average traveller in Miami has much higher standards for hotels, I guess that's why the ratings are low

This is definitely an older hotel. It is in a great location and easy access to the places we wanted to be. We only stayed one night on New Year's Eve and it worked well for us. You get what you pay for! This was very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. So if your looking for... More

This place is OK, nothing special. I wasn't looking for much more than clean sheets, a couple pillows, a clean bathroom, a shower with water pressure, and easy access to mass transit. Those who need those foo-foo shampoos, rain shower heads, and a wet bar....yeah, this place isn't on your level. Two drawbacks, one of which the hotel could easily... More

Although the front desk staff and valets were great, for the most part our experience here was pretty bad. My mother in law said her bathroom hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, so she called for housekeeping to come up. The housekeeper dipped her cloth into the toilet bowl, then proceeded to clean the bathroom with it. Gross. The carpets... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in July when we had to go to the French consulate. We chose the hotel because it was a decent price and it was within walking distance of the consulate for the following day. Parking was a nightmare! The hotel had cars parked in a cluster in the driveway like area, and... More
