The staff is friendly, the price is right, it's five minutes from the airport, the room is spotless, comfortable and with a mini kitchen that includes a microwave and water filter and they have a nice food shop with natural chips and even organic vegan frozen food!

Arrived at MIA, tired and travel-weary, called Elements via Information desk. Shuttle bus arrived in a few minutes, and took us to a very warm welcome. This hotel was certainly different, kinda "do-it-yourself" but quirky. Minimalist yes, good courteous service, yes. Room, nice, well equipped and clean and new. Comfortable bed. Self-serve supper on our night was chilli dogs which... More

Pared down to essentials yet modern and fresh, this place is versatile enough to accomodate business or pleaseure travelers. The rooms are equpped with a kitchenette, right down to pots and two hotplates, as well as a fridge. It's well laid out, with an open floor plan and an ingenious way to watch the tv--no matter which side of the... More

I agree with some of the other reviews! The property itself is lovely, but the location is awful! There is nowhere to walk to, not that I would have wanted to!!! It was nice that the shuttle would take you anywhere within 3 miles, as there is nothing to eat close by. Tom, the shuttle driver was great. Front desk... More

While the hotel is not in a great location, it is close to the airport and very convenient for layovers or other travelers. The rooms had a full kitchen, very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom and a nice couch. The complimentary breakfast as well as 24 hour coffee and tea selection, new weight room, and nice patio made this place even... More

This is a new hotel in a run down industrial area close to Miami Airport. There are no restaurants or cafes within walking distance - not that you'd want to venture outside the security fencing and electric gates after dark. This makes it a very unwise choice for anyone who wants to use it for anything more than just a... More

Even though I am a Starwood Gold heavy traveler this is my first time in the newer Element chain. Very impressed - the room was an amazing layout. I am not normally into minimalist modern but this was very cool in my opinion. Almost a full kitchen, great pit style couch, large bathroom and comfy bed. Free parking and even... More

On the travel day from H-E-Doulble hockey sticks and another unmentionable online travel company's many mistakes this hotel was like coming home. The staff was extremely helpful and made my 12 hour layover in Miami better than expected.

Knowing that we would be arriving late, we called to confirm our reservation in the early afternoon. The phone rang and rang, with no answer. When we finally arrived at about 11:30pm, the front desk clerk said that she would have to check with the manager to see if they had any rooms, but I could go have some coffee.... More

We arrived at almost midnight, ready to check-in and get a few hours sleep before getting up to be at the Miami Airport by 6:30 am. The desk clerk explained that they were oversold, and said that he would be able to open up more rooms, but only with the Manager's help. The problem was that the manager was off... More
