I really want to prove some of the  negative reviews here are too exaggerating but unfortunately I have to agree  to them at some points after my staying. Firstly, no one bothered to clean my  room.  By the time I went  back after the whole day activates, my room was still untouched even I reminded the front desk lady at... More

Arrive at the hotel with my friends to find myself thinking I had walked straight into the "ice truck killer's" first crime scene from the program Dexter. I admit I was not impressed the photos look 26482x better than they led on. But it was reasonably priced as we were there for Miami music week. The rooms are small. The... More

arrived after a 22 hour travel. from the outside it looked typical Art Deco /40-50's style. Indeed. it has been since they renovated the rooms, pool, .... it was ok to have a shower and some food in the area (balans restaurant at 100 meters! ) breakfast was poor for the money we've payed: coffee, bananas and some muffins and... A good choice for a short stay. The location is great 15 minutes away from the airport and 12 minutes away from the Port of Miami. Downtown Miami was about 10 minutes away The service was great no problems.

We 4 stayed here prior to our cruise for 2 nights. It did the trick.... just :). It is older, not fancy, but the room was clean with comfortable beds. The shower was fully functional, as were all bathroom appliances. The 2 twin beds served the 4 of us well.(2 teens 16 & 19) The cons?- it's older( so what)... More

We stayed for 2 nights and I would not return there again. Location is not that good. Quiet far from downtown Miami. However it is possible to get therw bus. Free parking is convenient. Rooms are quiet clean however bathroom is disaster. Small and does not seem to be clean. Reception staff is not really helpful. One lady on reception... More

Loved the hotel! Would come back in a heart beat and I am recommending this hotel to others!! The pool was awesome and bed was very comfortable. Wifi was awesome and the patio was gorgeous. My kids enjoyed the pool.

I guess with this place you get what you pay for. It's a motel close to Downtown Miami and not far from North Beach and it's cheap, so what do you expect...nothing special...and that's what you get. We checked in and were in the room for an hour before leaving for the tennis. We got back late, straight to sleep... More

We stayed here for three nights. There were some advantages of the motel. For example, it is on a bus route (Number 3) to the Holiday Inn in Downtown Miami where you can pick up hop-on, hop-off buses to get a great overview of Miami and Miami Beach. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room was large. However,... More

A colleague booked me into this place without telling me or checking any reviews. I was very disappointed. The room was marginal at best with a distinct unpleasant odor. It had a tiny window that admitted no light. The room itself was in serious need of an upgrade. The rust on the stove, the bathroom, the non-working lights, no soap,... More
