this is the worst hotel in miami I have ever been to. The toilet was so dirtyy i couldnt even sit down to pee!! the bathroom curtins had poop on them, and the smell was terrible. The dont even do the cleaning daily so imagine sleeping on where someone else already dis before u and all their smell stayed there!!... More

after needing to stay for a week in Miami on business i wanted to stay local to calle ocho and little Havana to get to know the area because i am a traveling real estate agent. when i went to the hotel around 7:30 AM I spoke with the attendant there and she promptly gave me my key and charged... There are two front desk people this two characters are the worst customer service people you will ever meet . If you ask them for something they tell you to take a hike. They think you are asking them a a favor and they are so ignorant that they'll give you an attitude like there are the ones doing you... More

Just be aware that this hotel will not return your money even if they do not provide the service. Recently I made a reservation for 3 nights and I told them that I was going to be checking in late.
