The stay at this hotel was decent and as expected for the price - no surprises, and we didn't want to pay $200/night when we were going to be busy away from the hotel. If dirty hotels dont bother you, then stay here. Lobby is the nicest area and even that is outdated. Elevators are rickety and as soon as I turned down my comforter, what do you know...BUGS! Not the Ritz but it is fine for a place to stay that is in an amazing location. The rooms are basic, dated but fine to stay for a couple of nights. For the cost you will get your moneys worth. Don't be afraid from the bad reviews. more

There is nothing great for me to say about this Hotel except that I received a free night for the cost that I was eaten up by Bed Bugs. Hotel smells and dirty. How do they even pass inspection? more

The hotel has a quite good location but is horribly dirty. We wanted to leave immediately but could not find alternative accomodation due to the New year Eve period. Stay away and choose a better hotel. more

Clearly, this was the worst hotel in South Beach. You can easily find a different hotel at the same price so don't bother with San Juan.
