We recently stayed here one night before a cruise with princess. The hotel is very nice but no facilities around it. Walmart a good 15 minutes walk no restaurants around so had to eat in. Room very spacious and comfortable. Pool area good. Reception staff a little rude serving other people whilst we stood waiting.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, Always had a good experience, the staff is amazing and is always trying to help.

Shuttles only run every hour on the hour no exceptions. Hotel is bare. Staff said that they might be able to get us a shuttle to Walmart, then told us they couldn't fit us into the schedule after waiting a half hour. average hotel, nothing special.
