This is a perfect hotel if you are looking for location! We travel to South Beach several times a year and found the Beachcomber is in the best location for the price. We got a deep discount on the Beachcomber and decided to try it out. The staff was very friendly! If you needed information the staff will be happy... more

We arrived early in the morning and were greeted by a friendly staff member who said we could check in early around 11am. So we came back at 11am, to find another staff memeber who said we could only check in after 3pm. So we head to the beach and come back at 3 and finally check in. The rooms... more

I stayed here with a few a my girlfriends. We were really disappointed with the everything about the hotel. First of all, the staff was completely rude and not accommodating at all. They were not friendly whatsoever. They even gave us a hard time when we asked for extra towels -- which they refused to give us. The smell of... more

I was a little afraid because of the bad reviews.. but DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! The hotel is great, very friendly staff and a great location. It is a walking distance from the beach, with complimentary towels, and near all the must go restaurants and clubs. We spent a great weekend and we are definitely coming back. more

Stayed at this 'hotel' in August. Miami was our final destination on a road trip through Florida and I have to say this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms were dirty, carpet stained, bathroom was filthy. Nothing going for it. Even the breakfast was awful. We had to go to a nearby hotel to park... more

This was our third time visiting south beach - but our first time at the Beachcomber. This place has its benefits - it's 1 block from the beach and Ocean Drive (where a lot of the nicer restaurants and cafes are), it's 1 block from Washington Ave (where most of the night clubs are) and about 3-4 blocks from Lincon... more

My mom and I stayed a this great boutique hotel for a week at the beach. Great location in South beach-we stopped by many times throughout the day. For the price it is, its a no frills boutique hotel. Rooms are on the smaller side, but had all the basics and even a flat screen TV. Breakfast was included and... more

Amongst the miriad of South Beach hotels it took me a while to find something i would like at a convenient price in a nice spot. The Beachcomber was my final choice, and was very glad i stopped my search there! The lobby welcomes you with a few cozy classy sofas and a downstairs restaurant and bar, which, as it... more

We stayed at the Beachcomber for the weekend prior to departing on a cruise. The hotel was small but reasonably priced compared to most hotels in the area. The rooms were small but clean, comfortable and had what you needed for a weekend visit. Beautiful Beach and great restaurants a couple of blocks away. Restaurant at the hotel was also... more

Stayed at the Beachcomber with my wife Feb 7-9, 2009. The staff was very gracious and accommodating, but I was frustrated because there was no fitness center , no movie center, and no wireless internet as promised in our reservation. The continental breakfast was almost nothing. Don't get stuck in a room close to Collins Ave if you're a light... more
