Simple, small and nice hotel. Not a great one, but it was ok. Two blocks from the beach. Dont provide internet nor a frigobar. The beds are good and the bathroom is small. It could cost less. I will look for another one next time. more

James Avenue is just off Lincoln Road, so the location really couldn't be better. After wandering around, I would much rather stay on James Ave to Washington or Collins.
