I am an adult who suffers from chemical sensitivity. I was looking for a restful place to vacation with clean air, water and rooms. I found my little slice of heaven at the Pride and Joy condos. Each of the rooms cater to people like me who suffer from chemical sensitivities, allergies or environmental illnesses. The rooms all have air filters, organic bedding, tile floors, metal and glass furniture, etc....This was the first time ever that I was able to relax, not worry about my health issues and enjoy the beach. The resort is right on the beach and it offers miles of breathtaking scenery and very little people. There were health food stores nearby and a great small community if I wanted to go out and eat. The staff is friendly and accomodating.
If you are looking for a great place to rest and relax without having to worry about your health issues---this is the place for you. Don't forget to pack your frozen fish for Frederick the resident blue Heron.....amazing. more
