I`ve stayed in a lot of B@B`s previously, in different countries and places. By far, this place is absolutely THE BEST! Such a gorgeous property, beautiful house, well designed and modern rooms and most importantly - the owner, Debra, -the wonderful warm person who exceed `s your expectations and makes sure you`re well taken care off. She definitely lives up... More

Marina, it is very easy to treat people with kindness when they are as kind as you and your mother were. The gift from your mother bears a proud space in our home- our first guest direct from Russia- how amazing! It was so wonderful for you to translate her questions, her eagerness to learn while here in Canada is... More

We came down to Point Pelee for a weekend away from London and could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. The room was immaculate, the shared areas were comfortable and spacious, and we could watch birds right from our window! We had a delicious breakfast catered to our dietary needs, and Deb was as friendly and accommodating... More

Dominique, and I so enjoyed meeting yourself and Jeremy- what a lovely couple you are! And I enjoyed your extensive knowledge about birds, I did not know that cowbirds were so conniving. It was a pleasure to have you here to celebrate your engagement- congratulations again and hope to see you again for one of your anniversaries. Cheers Deb More

Great headquarters for birding in and around the hot spots of SW Ontario, including Point Pelee and Hilman Marsh, as well as Rondeau Park nearby. Super facilities with wifi and a fridge, and a hearty breakfast....we were set to go for the day. Enjoyed the bird feeders for some of those birds we missed in the field!

Wendy, and yes, the birds are not just at Point Pelee. We are fortunate to be close to Hillman Marsh and closer to Rondeau than others in Leamington. It is great how you are the third guest from Halifax, and it all started with a referral from someone in your birding group. We are pleased to offer our guests a... More

We came to Point Pelee for the birds and the hiking and found both right here at Wenzler's Landing. Deb was just as excited as we were to see all the visitors to her bird feeders. A beautiful spacious clean home with lots of shared space. The bedrooms were lovely and the bed very comfortable. Deb has a wonderful collection... More

Yes, the birds this year were phenomenal- it seemed that each day I was introduced to new species. It is most likely that as our numerous trees mature, they are attracting more birds. I truly appreciated yourself and other birders for helping me with the identification. We continue to grow because of our wonderful guests- thank you! More

Wenzler's Landing exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in many B&B's and found this to be among the best! Deb was a gracious hostess and the breakfast was not only bountiful but delicious. The rooms were wonderfully appointed and very comfortable. We enjoyed the rural area and their property is as immaculately kept as the home. This is a wonderful... More

Janet, and what a pleasure to meet you and your wonderful family. How surprised I was to see the trailer with the motocross photos on the side- I so wish you could have stayed also for the motorcycle races the following day here in Wheatley. Your daughters are a blessing- so polite and a joy to have around. Hoping that... More

Highly recommend Wenzler's Landing to escape the hussle and bustle of city life. The setting is peaceful and tranquil, the facilities are first class and the host was amazing. The breakfast was second to none with fresh local produce and home baking. No need for lunch. Rooms were spacious and well equiped. Best bed and breakfast we have stayed at.... More

I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. Your tales of your daily sojourns, whether by bicycle or hiking were enjoyable to hear over breakfast. The one day of showers off and on didn't dampen your spirits. We thank you for your three night stay and do indeed hope that you will return. Kingsville is a lovely... More

Wonderful place and people. Very convenient to Point Pelee. This was our third time, and hope to return next year. Deb and Gary are wonderful people. Point Pelee birding is of course great. Rondeaux Provincial Park is also great place that is not too far.

Mory and Mary- I look forward to seeing you each year and we missed you the year you didn't make it up. Indeed we are centrally located to Point Pelee, Hillman Marsh and Rondeau Park. Other birding guests have also had some luck at the Blenheim lagoons and Kopegaron Woods. Hoping that our numerous feeders keep attracting a wide variety... More

We stayed at Wenzler's Landing while birding at nearby Point Pelee National Park in May, 2014 during the peak migration week. Unlike many B&Bs which trade on 'old-fashioned charm,' Wenzler's Landing accentuates its newness. Every amenity in this spacious (and that's an understatement) home is up-to-date, right down to the Wi-Fi. Located in farmland just outside of Wheatley, it is... More

Robert, having our first guests from West Virginia was a treat for us! I so wish we could have accommodated you for both nights but at least we did manage one. The King room is absolutely wonderful, worth the price, for all the comforts, 6 ft jacuzzi tub is so great after a long day hiking or biking. A quite, relaxing sleep, so nice waking to the chorus of song birds. Deb's Breakfast, was excellent, you won't need lunch, all fresh and local food products. The property is beautiful, if you... Our stay at Wenzler's Landing was great. Deb was very welcoming and accommodating. How wonderful that you would mention the binoculars. One of our guests arrived to stay for a night and showed me this very large set of binoculars he had obtained through a rewards program.
