This resort is in a beautiful location, the landscaping lovely, but there is most definitely room for improvement. Prior to arrival I had contacted the management regarding parking as the policy is only one vehicle per unit - no matter how many you have it the unit!!! IF there are open spaces they charge $12.50 per day for paying guests.... More

Marco Island is a gem located on the west coast of Florida. Eagles Nest is a gorgeous resort with a beautiful beach and nice amenties. We loved the grounds. There are many grills that are available to use. The villas are modern and have laundry and kitchens. Every room has a beach view. There are tennis courts and a game... More

We stayed in a two-bedroom condo in the tower. It was decorated very nicely! I loved the colors on the walls, counters, and floors. The master bathroom had two sinks, a nice, large shower, and a magnifying makeup mirror. The kitchen was very nice and equipped with everything we needed. The washer and dryer were stackables, but there was no... More

We traded into Eagles Nest as part of our travel company. It's always a gamble, but we liked the area and were pleasantly surprised. While there isn't a restaurant onsite, they did have daily lunches (hot dogs, chicken sandwiches) so you didn't have to leave it you didn't want to. And there are plenty of restaurants close by for breakfast... More

There are other timeshares on the beach, but this one was the best for the $$. We first rented a week at Eagle's Nest and ended up purchasing a week. These condos had everything in them, ex: pots pans dishes, washer, dryer, and best of all the beach. Most beautiful beach I've been to. There seems to be a beach... More

Stayed @ Eagles Nest 4/17-24th. We had 2/2 Tower Unit. Beautiful view from very large balcony that accommodated table for four and chaise lounge. The sliders to the balcony were accordion style which we loved as it opened up the living area. This unit was clean, updated and had all the comforts of home. Very comparable to the interior of... One thing you need to be totally and completely aware of is that all cars and only cars are allowed in the parking lot and a guard at the entrance checks to see if you have a parking pass. Also, it will cost you $12.50 per day for an additional parking pass if you bring a second car to the... More

We've stayed at the Marriott, Hilton and South Seas condo complex on Marco over the years and this was a last minute (January) reservation at Eagle's Nest ($3000 for the week after tax). We (me, my wife and two adult daughters) liked the place for convenience, decent facilities and excellent beach access (different from the ever-increasing several hundred yard beach... More

I have been to Marco Island approximately 15 times, and this was the first time I stayed at Eagle's Nest. Overall, the property is ok, but I would not stay here again. Pros: Great location, nice layout of building complex, nicely landscaped, very clean and the room was well-maintained. There were daily activities for kids at the pool. You can... More

We took our three and four year old grandson's for vacation and stayed in one of the Villas. The pool was perfect for them and us. The beach had great shelling opportunities and the boys had fun playing at the water's edge and building a sand castle. We were able to cook our meals, do laundry in the villa and... More
