I would not recommend that you give this hotel your business. General manager iwas unfair and horribly inconsiderate, rude and nonchalant regarding my personal concern. This is from my first hand experience. I would not stay here or refer anyone to this facility. more

From across the room a mouse ran from behind the chair. This is supposed to be a nice hotel because it is a holiday... more

The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us get our job done. The hotel has an excellent conference room for small groups and the General... more

General Manager Craig Waldrop of Holiday Inn Express in Madison, FL, resolved significant confusion about subsequent reservations in the District of Coluimbia. My wife and I arrived there thanks to Craig with a faxed copy of our desired reservation confirmation and thoroughly enjoyed Washington as planned. Again we thank you , General Manager Waldrop. more
