Before coming here, I had only stayed at high end places on the beach, so I was a little skeptical the first time I came-It's older and not fancy at all. But I fell in love with the place. When you on vacation, you just want to relax- which you can here. Instead of climbing into an elevator with all... More

We have stayed a couple years in a row now. Stumbled upon Surf Song by chance and we love it! Good prices and close to many restaurants, bars and shopping. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's quiet for being in the center of everything. John's Pass is right across the street.

This was our first stay at the Surf Song resort and it will not be our last. There were two couples and we rented room 224 with a beach and pool view. The room was clean and nicely decorated. When we were here (the second week in November) there were many repeat customers and they all knew each other (from... More

I just got back from a week in room 256 at the Surf Song. I was looking for an affordable, vintage Florida motel and Surf Song fit the bill perfectly. The location couldn't be better. No need for a car as shopping and plenty of restaurants are seconds away. I loved my room, the direct view of the beach and... More

The surg song is a combination of many different rooms that are condos that are owned by individuals and managed by Surf Song. Some of the condos are nicely appointed and some are on the sparse side. We stayed there with a large group of out-of-towners. The room we stayed in had a rather noisy AC unit that made a... More

To start off I will say I am 21 years old, almost 22 and I've been vacationing at Madeira Beach since I was about 12 years old, about once every other year. The location of this resort is absolutely awesome, beach access, laundry area, grilling area, vending machines, free-WiFi, shops across the street, ice cream shops, restaurants, pizza place, hooters,... Went to visit my folks here as they stay for the month of Feb. They managed to book me a bachelor condo for my 1 week stay. They have a small 1 bed unit which was perfect for them and they returned every winter for 10 years. This property which is very old is very well maintained. Everything is neat... More

We stayed in unit 343. Carlos the owner was very easy to work with. He went so far as to call our first night there to make sure everything was as expected which it was. He recommended some eating establishments and things to do. His condo is very nice but maybe not ideal for couples with young children as it... More
