We were attending a graduation in a near by city (Winter Haven) . We booked through priceline. We stayed for three nights, Because we spent time with family we did not get back to hotel untill a late hour every night and left in the mornings. The night desk clerk was Very helpful and made us feel welcome when we... more

I came to Lakeland on March 26, 2009 with my husband for Tigers Baseball Spring Training. We were able to priceline the hotel and got the Hyatt for $63.00, which was definitely a great deal. Each room has a 42 inch flat screen HDTV, free high speed internet and comfortable beds and pillows. We stayed in a king room that... more

The hotel is newer and better looking then our arragenments last year but the unhelpful staff and the horribly noisy airconditioner units really ruined my stay. I was traveling with 4 coworkers and not a single one of us had a decent night sleep because of the noise of the air conditioner units (which are directly next to the bed.)... more

I paid only $45 per night for this hotel which was normally $125 a night. It is the 3 star hotel found on hotwire. The rooms are all either with 1 king bed or 2 double beds with a pull out couch. There is a 42 flat screen in each room. The lobby is pretty modern and has a bar.... more

One of the most beautiful hotel rooms of this class I have seen. Wonderful use of space and refreshing decor with huge flat screen TV, sofabed, fridge, and desk. Very comfortable bed and plush linens. Downside was rather limited buffet breakfast. Extra items like danish, and even cream cheese for the bagels and jelly were available for purchase at the... more

I spent three nights in this hotel while attending a conference in Lake Alfred. I thought the layout of the ground floor was appealing, almost giving a feeling like staying with a friend or relative. The front desk area is rather small in size compared to the spacious room and the ready-made food selections and the beer/wine bar are adjacent... more

Booked to rooms for a convention next door and the Lakeland Center. Great location and easy to get to places to eat. Nice clean rooms and great room layout. Would stay at a Hyatt Place again. more

Hotel is newly remodeled. Very attractive lobby and friendly staff. Room was comfortable though it had the smallest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel. 42-inch screen TV rotates to view in the sitting area or the bedroom area. Coffee wetbar, refrigerator, desk, sectional sofa and suite style divided bedroom area. A few minor issues were resolved as soon as... more
