I thought I was in an auto shop the guy two doors down was bringing in cars and working on them all time of night. standing water near the laundry room 2 washers 1 dryer. the plaster was coming down from one of the halls... First off, this is a very old motel. It has not been updated. The box springs are not clean and have probably not been replaced in 10 years. The only reason I chose to stay here was because it was the only hotel under $100/night. That mistake will not be made again. This hotel is extremely overpriced for the conditions.

Stayed for two nights in March 2015. The room needed a new everything -- bed, furniture, carpet. It's just old and needs a reboot. The wifi wasn't working at all. Breakfast bar closes at 9 am. The rooms were way overpriced for $90-100 a night. This place is a dump and there's nothing "quality" about it.

I stayed here overnight to be closer to Orlando for a flight the next am. Unfortunately, it was the height of tourist season, and I ended up paying $134 for a suite. It was really what used to be two separate rooms with a connecting door. They had just taken the bed out of one room and replaced it with... More

Dear god, if you have children do not even consider this location. The only possible use I could see for this hotel would be a cover for some horrible drug ring. The only nice thing I can say is that the front desk girl was very gracious at returning our money. I told her that I couldn't possibly let my... More

Motel is a dump period. We had to change rooms 3 times due to blood on box spring, stickers all over a mirror, fire alarms yanked from wall and no refrigerator. It's disturbing and disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE

Motels in Lakeland are very expensive. This facility seen better days but clean and pretty well maintained. We were Leary when we drive into the parking lot but our room was clean, the bed was comfortable. There was some mold in the caulk around the tub. The WiFi worked well. We eat low carb and there was nothing on the... More

I stayed Wednesday and Thursday nights in the Quality Inn & Suites in Lakeland while visiting the Circle B Bar Reserve. My room was clean and comfortable, and the rates were very good. Breakfast was pretty good.

After reading a wide array of reviews, mostly older and some pretty bazaar comments, i made it a mission to stay at Quality Inn And Suites, Lakeland. All in all, this is an average hotel in this price point. The convenience of this hotel directly off of I4 Exit 33 and the fact of many restaurants within walking distance is... More
