Stay 5/2/2014 – 8/3/2014 We checked into the Suburban Extended Stay Hotel (located at 4335 Williamstown Blvd., Lakeland, FL 33810) on May 5, 2014. Upon check-in, the desk clerk (William) showed us Room 143, which we thought was somewhat dirty. When William was asked if the facility had monthly rates, he told us “no”. As we were house searching in... More

First of all, I need to give you some perspective. This hotel would not stand up to a comfort inn, Hilton or Marriott. But we need to be fair. This hotel price is in the category of an econolodge, travellodge, stay America etc etc. When compared to them, this is reasonable. The kitchen actually has utensils (which stayamerica did not),... This is my first experience with staying at an extended stay hotel. We only stayed for 1 night and the room fit our passing through needs. Room was VERY clean and beds were comfy. The hot water lasted for all 3 of us to take a shower. The bathroom and closet space was bigger than I expected too. Not used... More

If you want to save money on a weekly stay this is a great place. No frills, no breakfast, no pool. Great kitchen with stove, microwave, pots, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. Reasonable size room and bathroom. Close to stores and highway

Stayed here before when visiting at Carpenters Estates. They usually give a discounted rate for that. However, when we called for a reservation for February 10 to 13th, they not only would give us a rate for Carpenters, but had jacked up the prices for "the season". Valentines day? Who would bring their valentine to this place? I mean it's... More

Okay for one night, but couldn't stay there long term. While the price was right; the location not too bad, bed not that comfortable, but have had worse; overall everything worked and was reasonably clean, but small and basic. No hair dryer, no bath mat, etc. Hey, didn't they promise to fix the "no coffee" problem on Undercover Boss. No... More

I reserved this room online and had paid for it before arriving, or would not have stayed the night upon arriving in the "lobby." The room was tiny, as was the bed (it was MAYBE a double, but looked more like a full-size. Very small for two people to sleep in). The room had an odor and there was a... More

We found this to be the cheapest weekly rate. The room also had a kitchenette, which was very helpful in saving us money, because we did not have to eat out everyday. It is close to a bowling alley and close to a mall. Room was very clean. Walls are a little thin, but not too bad. I would definitely... More

ok for 1 night. Does not have daily maid service as it is more geared toward longer stays.Across the street from bowling alley and lounge and restaurants and mall are close by. Room had kitchenette and free parking and free WIFI were nice. Great price, but do not expect luxury! It is kind of like an interstate motel, if you... More

I recently stayed her for a few weeks in February of 2012 and it was okay. I stay in a lot of extended stay hotels and suburban extended stays are not my favorite. The first room we stayed in had the worst wifi connection so we asked to be moved closer to the router and the staff was very helpful.... More
