Charming 2-story home with a lake view near downtown Lake Wales. Home has a nice veranda overlooking the lake. There is also a small screened-in pool and nice garden area. There is a game room with pool table. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The room we stayed in ("Courtyard Mews") was compact but comfortable, and the bathroom even had a... More

My husband and I recently traveled to Lake Wales to see the Bok Tower and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Three Oaks Bed & Breakfast. This distinguished old house was clean and totally comfortable. The decor was beautiful, our room was awesome. Everything was excellent including the delicious complete breakfast. Evian bottled water, chocolates and wine by the bedside,... More

My husband and I celebrated our (belated) anniversary Aug. 22nd-24th. We SO enjoyed this B and B. We stayed in the Master's Retreat. It is furnished with a king size bed, a lounge chaise and two other chairs so there are plenty of places to sit and read or watch tv. The room overlooks the swimming pool. The breakfasts were... We had an amazing time. Harold and Jessica were/are so accommodating. Every thing we asked for we got. Ordered take out last night after a busy day and they still set up the table as if they cooked the meal themselves. Speaking of food Breakfast is absolutely amazing! Jessicas' french toast was divine.... Even in the mist of a family... More

We had our third stay w/ Jessica and Harold in February. Found my new favorite room, the Master's Retreat. We also previewed their newest room addition, the Romance Suite. Another winner. The Master's retreat is quiet, incredibly comfortable, quite spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast began upstairs with apple cinnamon muffins and bold coffee awaiting us in the hallway upon our... More

Two lovely evenings were spent in the Courtyard Mews room in the Three Oaks Bed & Breakfast. Having lived and worked overseas with the DoD for many years, we got to stay in many different accommodations, including five star hotels. We found the Three Oaks experience to be up there with the best of them. Jessica & Harold were gracious... More

We spent 3 wonderful nights at this charming bed and breakfast in Lake Wales. Harold and Jessica are fantastic hosts and we enjoyed chatting with them each day. The whole house is filled with antiques and has a very homely feel to it. Our room the courtyard mews had lovely furniture and a great Jacuzzi bath tub. Of course one... More

We recently spent two nights at this amazing bed and breakfast. Everything was perfect. The house has been beautifully maintained and our room (The Master's) was large and the bed very comfortable. As others have mentioned, the food was marvelous. There were such lovely touches, such as a tray in our room in the evenings with homemade goodies, ice bucket... More

I had sworn off B&B's after my first experience in Mt. Dora. I decided that I would give one last chance to someplace that was 5 stars. I was not disappointed. This was like night and day from my first experience. The owners were friendly and outgoing. The house is lovely. Our room was comfortable and spacious. Great selection of... More

This is our second visit and where we stay when we're in Lake Wales. Elderly father lives in LW. Why stay in a hotel when you can stay at home accompanied by a gourmet breakfast? Jessica and Harold's house is like staying with family minus the drama and obligations. Delicious multi-course breakfasts; comfortable, cozy, quiet, beautiful setting; lovely neighborhood, calling...
