Lake Mary Marriott, about 20 minutes of Orlando, is located in the Heathrow area. Across the street from our hotel was a jumpin' restaurant area with several very good locations. Overall, a good stay during a recent business conference. Rapid and friendly check-in was great after the flight and (lengthy) car-rental pickup at the airport. This is a nice, clean hotel with good service in a great location. The common areas and rooms are very clean and nice. It has typical Marriott color schemes. The bed was comfortable, the bath was clean. There are a ton of great restaurants nearby. All in all, a fine stay. I'd return. more

I have stayed at this hotel a few times for business and it really needs an upgrade. Rooms are tired, fitness room needs new equipment. Food is a bit pricey and It's just ok. for the price I think there are better options. more

Stayed here for 7 nights whilst on business at the Convention Centre (at the rear of the Hotel). From booking on the net to checking out on departure, the whole process was smooth, easy and hassle/problem free. I cannot fault anything with the stay (even during the height of Tropical Storm Fay!)
