We were on Interstate 10 heading east and needed a place for the night so we diverted to this property. I have a Red Roof habit but Red Roof refused to honour their coupon and we were lucky to find this place nearby. The property looks basic from outside but the room was clean, comfortable and did not smell of... More

Great location for my frequent travels to lake city. For the price, you can't beat it. The staff is very helpful and will accommodate your needs. I have NEVER seen any bugs and this is the first hotel in lake city that I can say that about!

There was rice in our bed and the management wouldn't do anything about it. They didn't care. Poor customer service! Talked to house keeping and was ignored. Was very disappointed in our experience. Won't ever stay there again!!!!!!

I know people complain about the condition of the hotel, but I am not spoiled like most of them. This is my second stay in his hotel and I like it - I have never seen any bugs there like some people said; all employees and manager are very helpful and very friendly. I had a problem with WiFi in... More

Raj and his family work very hard to make the hotel nice but they need to focus on cleanliness and pest control. We saw one dead roach in our bathroom. The price was good. The tv was good as was the wifi.

Carpet in the hallway was dirty. When we got to th room we didn't look past the bathroom. Dirty towel on the sink, bug on the floor, and the floor was yellow. The whole place smelled terrible. There are better hotels for the same value price.

No problems with staff. But then again, I didn't bother complaining. Wish I would have seen the previous reviews before I booked. Only $45 for the night. 2 beds non-smoking. OK. A/C worked but made a loud clanging noise when automatically shutting off and on. Worst parts: Killed 2 roaches within my first 10 minutes. Bathroom door got stuck and... More

The bathroom floor was so sticky,I had to leave my shoes on. The walls in the bathroom were moldy. The worst part was that the smoke alarm was not attached to the ceiling. Even though it was cheap and you get what you pay for, no smoke alarm seemed extreme.
