I stayed 6 nights with a large group for a baseball tournament and was duly impressed by fantastic customer service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group. Unfortunately we don't see this type of customer service anymore. Most are just there for the money, but not at Super 8! They know the true meaning of customer service.... more
