For our Orlando trip we were going to spend 3 days in Disney World first, then 2 days in Universal and finally 3 more days in Disney World. I did something crazy and decided to book 3 different hotels for the 9 nights we were in Orlando. For the first 3 nights we were in the Best Western Premier Saratoga,... More

This hotel is really nice and service is great. It's right inside the Magic Kingdom which is an excellent choice to begin with. You can either use the monorail or ferry to get to and back from the Magic Kingdom. Also, you can use the monorail for Epcot as well. The only time you need to use the shuttle is... More

The room was very nice, but a little loud. Phase one is far better then phase four. Our room in phase four was decent, however the door stuck, it was loud, and their was some minor maintenance issues. The front desk is extremely nice, and the grounds are kept well. I think we got one of the last rooms as... More

We stayed at the Polynesian to experience Disney at Christmas time. The decorations and rooms were great. The best part was being on the monorail toting a stroller. Made life a lot easier. The character breakfast was really good (chef mickeys is the best).

We had a very good stay at the resort. All staff we met were very nice and helpful. However the wifi was terrible and this was very frustrating for us. And its a few mins drive from all the parks so you get a lot of peace and quiet to rest at the end of each day.

We had a lovely stay at the resort, couldn't fault it at all. Our apartment was large and very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The swimming pool area was nice, we would highly recommend the Polynesian isles.

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this resort. We were in building 7 opposite one of the pools. Yes, we didn't have an in-room washer/dryer, there was no lift and the wi-fi was not very good but this didn't stop us from having a lovely stay. Pool was lovely and just found the whole resort to gave a very relaxed... More

I didn't get to experience eveyrthing the resort had to offer, so I will be back. The room was excellent. I brought my daughter & fiance and they loved it... More
