As part of our 18 days in Florida we spend 6 nights here. Mostly booked because the cottages have self catering facilities and there was a self service laundry so we could get everything cleaned. First of - wasn't the friendliest of American greetings at check-in. OK not the end of the world, but when we got to our cottage... More

We stayed in a "two bedroom platinum deluxe" Overall, the property is great and the staff was polite, professional and attentive. The "house" was sparse and kinda bland -- small tv, white walls, average furniture -- but still had everything you could need. Would I recommend to stay here? Yes BUT... the beds have to go. I have never complained... More

I've been hesitant to review because I wanted to keep this place all to myself! This place is a simpler version of fort wilderness. Even the deer appear at night time. I love the cabins, having a full kitchen with a large family is awesome for me. I love to cook even when on vacation. The pool is perfect, my... More

Clean, relaxing place to visit. We stayed in a cabin. It was clean, furnishings were nice, plenty of towels and sufficiently stocked kitchen. The one drawback is the Internet access. It was very slow and I was not able to access it the entire time we stayed.

We usually stay at fort wilderness in Disney but lately it has been hard to get a reservation there so we decided to try Tropical palms. We stayed over 4th of July weekend. The grounds were nice but a little close. We ended up in the "overflow" area which was grass. They have pull through as well as rental cottages.... More

We - a family of 5 ( 3 kids ages 11. 7, and 5) stayed at the Tropical Palms Resort for 3 nights in our Class A Motorhome. We were able to use our Passport America discount and so we splurged on a premium site. We were located in the 300s on a concrete pad with a picnic table (no... More

We stayed at Tropical Palms for 10 days. The cottage was a tidy and we were close to the pool, The problem with that was that everyone parked their carts all around the cottage. The bonus of this resort was that it is close to Disney and other attractions. The biggest complaint I had about this was the bed. In... More

Tropical Palms is a great place to go with an RV. The campground is very well kept and has a great pool area with a café that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. /they also serve beer, wine and mixed drinks. Most days the café is open from 8 am to 5 pm - later on holidays. Our last stay was... More

Very nice and clean campground, with lots of park models and within walking distance of olde Town. We went during 4th of July and some campers were shooting off fireworks, which was scary. The pool is too small for 600 campsites plus cabins.

We just stayed here for four nights during my daughters volleyball tournament. The premium cottage was perfect for a family of four. We were able to bring our two dogs and were right across from pool. In such a busy city it made you feel like you were in more of a tropical place. We would stay again for sure!
