The saying "you get what you pay for" is almost true with this Hotel, almost. Yes it was inexpensive, but totally grossed me out! I wish now I would of spent the extra money on a Disney hotel. We were in a time share resort for a week but we stayed in Orlando for an extra night, so I booked... More

We stayed for a week in june 08, the weather was the worst part. our room was clean, but all the way in the back, so a far walk if you needed to get to the lobby. the pool by our room was great and the jaccuzzi was too hot, go to the first jaccuzzi is much more relaxing. the... More

The room assigned to us initially was far from the main lobby and pool area, so I requested to be moved to a room close to the pool for additional charges. I think, being close to the pool made the room smelled like chlorine. The floor is nasty. The whole time we were there, we wore our shoes/flipflops. The remote... More

I am in my early thirties and stayed here last weekend with my college aged brother and my husband, and two children ages 3 and 5. The kids loved it-great large pool, playground RIGHT by the pool, kiddie pool, gazebo covered hot tub. The rooms were very clean-I checked the bathroom toilet, tub, sink before use, and they were fine.... More

My girlfriend and I were looking for a nice, cheap place to stay while we spent the days in Disney. From the pictures, the Seralago looked nice and was very reasonable as far as price goes. It even featured a shuttle service. We thought we had gotten a great deal...that is until we arrived. The hotel was described to us... More

We travel a lot and usually stay at 3 star hotels. So that being said we are not really picky. I booked through hotwire and did some research. The hotel seemed a little out dated but that was fine. We just needed a clean room for the night before and after Disney. We arrive about 10pm and everyone was nice... More

What a great hotel!! Very affordable, perfect location. Only issue was lack of wireless internet in rooms, had to go the lobby which can be quite a walk depending on your room location. If you're high maintenance this might not be the place for you, however if you're looking to enjoy an affordable stay with your family/friends, this is perfect!!!... More

We just recently had a 4 day stay here and I found the hotel more than adequate for our needs. Overall the cleanliness and friendliness of the grounds and staff were very good. The pool was warm & clean, the hot tub was nice too. This is not a 4 or 5 star resort. It's a basic hotel with decent... More

My family and I arrived in Orlando late. We were booked to stay at Howard Johnson’s and it turned out to be the single worst hotel I have ever been in (but that is another review). I hit the streets the next day looking for a room and came across this. We had a Suite (not the Kids Suite) and... More

We have been to Seralago in the past. My kids LOVE the KidSuites. This time, the room was very disappointing. Previously, the KidSuite was between the queen bed and the bathroom, and the dividing wall was about 6 - 7 feet high. This time the KidSuite was totally enclosed, with only a small gap over the door. The ark design... More
