Our softball team stayed at the Seralago because it was one of the host hotels sponsored by USSSA. If I could do it all over again, I would have paid the penalty and opted to stay at a non-sponsored hotel. We probably would have paid less than the so-called "discounted" rate and have gotten better rooms and service. Half of... More

The Seralago hotel is perfectly located for your trips to Disney; it is a 10 minute drive away. The hotel itself is somewhat old and you shouldn't expect too much, but given the price, it is more than worth it. It has two swimming pools which have late opening hours (10 or 11pm). Nearby are lots of restaurants and shops... More

Had no other choice. It was the 4th of July and the first hotel was even a bigger nightmare. All though check in was very pleasent. You have to be aware of the salesman at the door offering a tour of their sister 5 star resort. It is not their sister resort. It;s a timeshare that takes forever and offers... More

This place is great if you're on a budget. It's close, it's clean, it has a nice pool, it's been fairly recently renovated, and it has good shuttle service. So if your concerned about reviews panning this place, keep it in perspective. We booked this hotel at a jaw-breakingly low price and figured we were taking a risk - not... More

I stayed here for 7 nights and although the hotel is not brand spanking new, it is the basis for a good holiday - with all the essentials - and good service. Staff were sweet and helpful at all times, rooms were cleaned ever day; fresh towels, beds made; and the air conditioning was super. The food court is handy... More

The hotel looks great from the the outside. As we pulled up it looked quite classy. The reception area was clean and bright and the staff were helpful. The room (we had the kids suite) was clean and of the same basic style as many hotels in this price range. The kid suite part was great for my son as... More

Overall the property was a good place to stay, especially with kids. A few issues but nothing major. Small line at check in but we were greeted nicely and quickly on our way. We were on the 2nd floor. Didn't have any major issues with the rooms. It was pretty standard for a hotel. It was clean and smelled fine... More

The hotel staff were very nice. I stayed in a kids suites and I didnt notice that the place where my children slept had some dirt, reason because my little son got a throat pain. It was nice but next time please use a vacuum to clean.

We live in FL. and travel to Orlando several times a year. It's not the Ritz, but it does fine for a place to sleep for the night, as we are gone most of the day. Our room was clean and we had a safe and mini refrigerator. The bathroom area is just ok. It would be nice if they... More

My husband and I stayed at the Seralago Hotel and Suites for the last week in May 2007. Overall it was an ok experience. We were dissapointed upon arrival. From the front it looked nice enough. When we got to the rooms they looked worn from the outside, like they are in need of refurbishments. When we stepped into the... More
