My husband and I with my two boys ( 7 and 10) made a mad dash to florida over Spring break planning on spending 2 nights in Orlando. Seralago was advertised a good family fun and it was. Our room was older with things cracked and peeling but we're low maintenance people anyway and, since we had beautiful weather, we... More

Stayed on 3/30-4/6 and had a great time. My first room was facing the parking lot and door did not close well so I went to the desk and they gave me a beutiful room facing the pool. It was nice to just walk out of the room and the pool right there. They were very nice and I would... More

We almost didn't stay due to the lousy reviews here, although we were traveling on Spring Break and had little alternatives. We weren't about to spend 400 a night, and we had out kids with us, ages, 4, 6 and 8. So we tryed it out, got a great AAA rate at 89.10 a night and stayed 3 nights. We... More

I stayed at this hotel with my young child last june. For the price the room size is good, however the staff was very racist. Went into the store in the hotel the clerk put my money on counter and diodn't acknowledge me. Thought she was having a bad day but every visit to the store yielded same results. Complained... More

The room had chipped and peeling paint. One of the wall sockets in the room had been falling off and the wires were hanging out exposed. The sheets were dirty there were black hairs on pillows when bed should have been clean. The food in the hotel was terrible they are definatly not worth eating at unless you want upset... More

My wife and I stayed at the Seralago from February 16-23, 2006 and were generally satisfied wtih the experience. This hotel was part of our Noli Tours package and for the last-minute price we paid, I wasn't expecting 5-star accommodations, merely something middle-of-the-road, and Seralago met those expectations. On the positive side, the room was clean and well-applianced (colour TV,... More

Ok, I got the verbal treatment from my wife after I selected this hotel. Agree with the other review of a seriously rundown place - worn out beds, furniture. Pros - Located in area with numerous tourist restaurants, old town shopping and kids Play Park is nearby. - The kids were excited on the kid’s suite - bunk beds! -... More

We stayed last year and it wasn't the best hotel in Florida we had stayed at. Previously, we had used hotels on International Drive but fancied a change and tried Kissimmee. The hotels is "functional" and the first room we were given was dirty. However, to the hotels credit they did move us without an argument. I would recommend this... More
