We have stayed several times and always found the rooms clean and the staff courteous and the price fantastic - we usually stay here our first and last nights of our Disney trips - the rooms are large, have fridge, microwave and free wifi - they also offer free breakfast more

I had to call the hotel with questions twice and both times received a quick response. Check in time is 3pm, but we arrived at 10pm and had no problems checking in. The room was ready and waiting. Well im in orlando just for pleasure visting some old friends. Got in very late about 3am on friday night. I was nearly exhausted when i went to the check in window. I had a problem with the icebox and an employee named Yudi, I think it was, help me out and fix the icebox. Also, I needed assistance for directions for various locations and Kim was able to assist me, which really satisfied me ! more

I have stayed at this hotel Twice this year and will return again.The grounds are very clean The rooms are very well maintained and the staff are ALL very kind from check in to checkout.Continental breakfast also was very good.Great Value. more

When we arrived at the hotel for our 1 night stay, it was in a run-down part of town and did not look clean nor safe. The columns at the front of the hotel by the office had caution tape wrapped around them and it did not look like for construction or renovation. I did not even stop to go... more

My family and i decided to stay in a modest hotel in orlando only because we really would not be there alot. The staff was helpfull but not a whole lot. The day we arrived we called front desk because our safety box was not working and they said they would be there tomorrow. well they ended up fixing it... more
We found this inn to be a very good choice for us. The staff was very helpful always, very pleasant and accommodating. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. This inn is also close to any number of restaurants, and those that we chose were excellent values. And not a bad access to WDW. more
