when we arrived from a 16hr drive the front desk clerk was very rude and unprofessional. once we got our room it had a horrible odor as if the carpets were wet and never dried. the bathroom floor was disgustingly dirty and at 6am in the morning the bathroom ceiling started to leak. there was no internet connection like advertised.... more

We choose this hotel based on the price and proximity to Disney. Since we would only be spending a couple hours sleeping in the room, we didn't need anything fancy.
