My wife, child, and I stayed in a condo for 7 days. The staff was great and helped us in every way that they could. The concierge people were not pushy at all with us on doing timeshare things. stayed at this hotel over 4th of July holiday. Air conditioning not working had to leave hotel could not sleep and or function in the heat. My kid got sick. Found waterpark hotel five miles away for a third of the price. I will never stay here again it is a rip-off. more

At first glance the resort looked okay. The people were very friendly, but the cleanliness of our condo was not acceptable. A really nice place away from the hustle, this was an oais for us returning from long days at SeaWorld or Epcot, or that drive to/from Daytona beach. In all, a very nice place to relax! more
