This hotel is the worst ever. Don't know how they even are sold on a web site. The should be shut down. All the workers live here and you may not get cleaning services but once in a week. Bring your own towels because you may not get any then if you have a family you may have to share... More

we went to the hotel after leaving the park and when we get there the manager of the hotel tells us that for the past 3 YEARS they haven't been renting any rooms with expedia/getaroom.com. they have been remodeling. and that we needed to call to get a refund. I called at 7 pm and had been on hold and... More

Unfortunately our budget was very low, but that is not excuse to have at least clean bedrooms and bathrooms to use. The keys to the rooms never worked, the security guard had to open the rooms every night for us. Just horrible!

We ended up here for two reasons: Arrived late to town and it was really cheap. But we did not like it at all. As soon as we got there we saw two guys smoking non-tobacco cigarettes at the entrance. The room was dirty and ACC did not work, and people staying and around the hotel were really creepy. Horror... More

I have traveled alot, and this is absolutely the worst Hotel ever!!!! We arrived there at 4pm on a Saturday and the Desk told us they had run out of towels (towels are not already in your room) and to come back later to get some. They also advised us to check our room out to make sure it was... More

This is easily the worst hotel that I have ever come across and would advise anyone to steer well clear! After a long and delayed flight, we needed a convenient bed for the night before moving onto our villa the next morning. We asked for a recommendation at the airport desk and unbelievably they sent us here! We arrived in... More

Everything about this experience was terrible. Upon check-in despite the fact that we had reserved a non-smoking room they told us the only ones left were smoking rooms. When we got to the room our room key did not work and we saw someone outside a non-smoking room smoking. We returned to the lobby, and waited in a long line... More

Stayed only one night. Party of 5 paid extra for additional person in room which slept on the floor. Before taking a road trip make reservations first. I did not, my bad. Also paid for extra towels we couldnt bath properly since tub did not drain properly Yuck! The room smelled of cigarettes. The box spring showed and had nasty... More

When we made the reservation, the Budgetel Inn website specified that the wifi and breakfast was included in the price. That was not true! They don't serve breakfast, and you can only access the free wifi at the lobby. By the way, the lobby is dirty and scary like the rooms. If you stay with them, bring cockroach spray.

Cockroach in the bathroom, strange smell, dirty room, no cold water (!), half a bottle of shampoo... I think that says it all.
