My family and I booked a 3br/2ba home with a private pool for 6 adults (3 couples) via Orbitz. When we arrived, we were given a home that smelled of vomit, 1 bedroom had a queen bed, the other 2 bedrooms had twin beds (very cozy for couples), the mattresses should have been disposed of some years ago, the blinds were ragged and the chairs to the dinning table look like they were taken from a dumpster. When we complained about the beds and vomit, we were told they didn't have an alternate home available. We contacted customer service for HRN, and were told to stay that night and they would place us somewhere else for the remainder of our trip. We questioned about the smell again, we were told that the property office would have someone get rid of the vomit smell...that never happened. We had to get something from Wal-Mart.
