In general i found my 3 week stay here very enjoyable. Very quiet, nice room, massive bed, a sofa, desk, tv, fridge, microwave etc etc.. The staff were pleasnt and helpful and the hotel was only a short bus ride to disney. We had quite a few ants in our hotel room about a week into our stay, and since... more

I stayed one night at this hotel, they gave us an amazing huge room, no noise, free breakfast. The greneral manager was a saint to deal with. I will definitely go back there next time I am in town. more

This hotel was a pretty good value for the money. We actually switched to this hotel shortly before our trip thanks to reading the horrible reviews of our first hotel on tripadvisor(that was when I first discovered tripadvisor, I use it for every hotel I stay in now). We had a great time on the trip and the hotel served... more

READ THESE REVIEWS AND BE WARNED!!! I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and had requested NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire stay. I did not have a problem until my last night there. Although there was a DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door, the housekeeping staff decided that they would go in anyway. Upon returning from Seaworld, we immediately... more

1st of all I do talk to guest that really want to see me. We have a policy on calling the police on any theft if they occur. This hotel has not had a report theft in 4 years. And if this guest would like to speak to me or any of the other managers we are here for them.

After being out all day at Disney, My wife and I came back to find our room door left propped open. Forutnately none of our things were missing, but anyone could have come in and cleaned us out. I complained to front desk. Then about an hour later another guest was issued a key and entered our room. Fortunately we... more

This hotel was great. Had a great stay. Staff was very nice! First we had a 2,5 hour delay due to bad weather. Because of that we missed 2 connection flights. Result: We came at the Palms with a 2 day delay. They kept our room, we just had to pay for the 3 nights we stayed instead of the... more

I have to say that I'm really, really put off by the snarky replies from Mr. Bloomberg. A few bad reviews don't put me off... different people don't all have the same impressions, and I take that into account when choosing a hotel. However, I will never stay at a hotel where management is so nasty to people who have... more

I wouldn't advice anyone to stay here. It kinda sucked !!! First off, the check-in is in a different hotel. So you gotta take all your luggae to the other hotel first. Then the rooms are not that great. The breakfast pretty much sucked. They alternate between eggs and biscuit. Everything else is the same everyday. Its eggs and biscuit... more

On all websites it is stated that we are sister properties located next door to each other check in is at either locations. A menu is place in all rooms listing what will be served for breakfast daily so we never serve the same items 2 days in a row

We stayed in Palms in May after a cruise. I researched this hotel through Trip Advisor and saw that it was good value for price paid. The room was clean, value was great. 1. A valuable ring was stolen from my room. My fault for not securing it in the safe. That was not the issue. We reported it, the... more

First of all we provide in room safes that are available to our guest. Second there was a full investigation by the hotel and a dectective from the Sheriffs department. The Sheriffs department cleared all employees and this claims was the 1st claim with the police in over 5 years.
