There was mold in the shower. The air quality was bad, it either smelled like bleach from the cleaning crew or a musky odor. All of the little details that were not perfect doesn't matter because the staff made up for it. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

“Hotel OK but room Servicing is a no go!!”

We stayed for 14 nights at The Ramada Maingate West as part of a holiday package deal. Although some parts of the hotel including our room was a little dated it was clean and comfortable. We stayed here for four nights because of a timeshare promotion. Luckily I didn't read the negative reviews before staying here. We actually really liked the hotel.
