I have to agree this definitely is NOT a 3 star resort. I didn't cry but nearly slipped and fell upon entering our room and the odor of clorox just about knocked us over. Cheerful and helpful staff, great waterpark, and food that is very good for hotel food. My only complaint was the wireless internet service--extremely spotty and unreliable. Don't stay here if you are dependent on internet access. Otherwise, no complaints. more

The waterpark was the ONLY nice thing about the hotel. EVERY vending machine was either out of order, or was out of items. The room was moderate, but not much more than that. At arrival, service was fast, quick and easy, our room had an awesome decor and happy colors and comfortable beds. Location was great, easy access to the turnpike yet quite and near to all attractions.
