Cheerful and helpful staff, great waterpark, and food that is very good for hotel food. My only complaint was the wireless internet service--extremely spotty and unreliable. Don't stay here if you are dependent on internet access. Otherwise, no complaints. more

The waterpark was the ONLY nice thing about the hotel. EVERY vending machine was either out of order, or was out of items. The room was moderate, but not much more than that. At arrival, service was fast, quick and easy, our room had an awesome decor and happy colors and comfortable beds. Location was great, easy access to the turnpike yet quite and near to all attractions. We truly enjoyed the clean water park inside the hotel, we did not know it was going to be so much fun, we recommend it... more

we booked 3 rooms on the day that we needed a room and were very glad to be accomodated efficiently....the kids were so very excited by the water park right down the stairs...they loved it...their great grandmother was very impressed by all of the covered seating areas to avoid the sun while she looked on as the little ones enjoyed... more
