We had a fabulous time staying at the Lucaya, the staff in the club house were really helpful. We stayed in block 9 at the front of the resort which was massive, clean and very quiet. Every year my wife and me book a hotel to spend a week vacation in Orlando area. This time we booked this place and we just loved it. The house have 3 bedrooms and a plenty space . The staff were very good helping and giving all informations we need.

When we arrived we had an issue gaining entry to the property, but this was due to management company changing shortly before we arrived and not receiving the paperwork with the correct entry codes.
